Every comparable we cite comes from DVF, the official record of every French property transaction notarised since 2014. No proprietary score. No sponsored placement. No agent or seller pays us to influence your estimate.

The asking price is not the real price

Notaire fees run 7 to 8% on older property. Agency fees, when paid by the buyer, add to the notaire calculation base. We surface all of this so the number you compare to your budget is the real number.

You need receipts, not guesses

The output is a shareable report: comp pool, adjustments, median estimate, confidence band, and AI auditor's verdict in plain English. When you make an offer below asking, the comp pool is your justification.

What regions do you cover?

We currently cover the South of France with region-specific adjustment factors. Additional regions are added one at a time as coverage and tuning land.

Is my data safe?

All data is stored in the EU. No PII in our logs. GDPR-compliant data export and deletion are available from your account. Full detail at privacy.
